The AR-306 FCT functional test system provides automated testing for digital TV mainboards, supporting one-to-two mode — testing two boards automatically at once: an ordinary monitor replaces fixture displays, showing the LVDS image of the board under test in real time; capture and function-simulation modules handle signal acquisition and function simulation; the system tests automatically in the order of user-written procedures — one device equals two operators.

Ordinary monitors (1920×1080) replace fixture test displays of various models, showing the LVDS image of the digital TV mainboard under test in real time — saving fixture display resources.
The capture module acquires output signals from the digital TV mainboard under test, including LVDS image capture, VIDEO capture and AUDIO output capture.
The function simulation module emulates functions of the digital TV mainboard under test — IR remote, buttons, ambient light sensing, etc. — simulating manual TV board testing.
The system tests the digital TV mainboard automatically in the order of user-written procedures; results are judged by computer against preset ranges — no human intervention, high consistency, no human misjudgment.
