The AG-5116 is a dual-channel HDMI 2.0 signal generator outputting up to 4K2K 2160P 60Hz RGB444 / YUV420 images, with fully independent parameter settings per channel. It supports HDCP 1.4 / HDCP 2.2 / AUTO and EDID verification with real-time OSD status display; 24+ built-in algorithmic test patterns, expandable with custom BMP images via SD card — for HDMI 2.0 / HDMI 1.x interface testing of TVs and monitors.

2 HDMI signal outputs (HDMI1 / HDMI2) — video format, test pattern, HDCP, audio and other parameters set separately; test two whole sets or two mainboards at once, doubling efficiency.
TMDS clock up to 600MHz (18Gbps), supporting 2160P 60Hz RGB444 / YUV420 ultra-HD output, backward compatible with 1080P, 720P, 480P and other HDMI 1.x formats, 8-bit / 10-bit color depth.
Supports HDCP 1.4, HDCP 2.2, simultaneous 1.4 & 2.2 verification and AUTO mode, plus EDID verification; results overlay directly on the output screen via OSD — white / green / red at a glance.
24+ common test patterns generated in real time by built-in algorithms; users can place 24-bit BMP images in the SD card "ExterImg" folder — auto-copied to the 2GB internal memory at power-on and callable right after the built-in patterns.
48KHz sine wave audio, frequency adjustable 0–20KHz in 0.1KHz steps, L/R channel frequencies set independently; simultaneous or alternating L/R output modes; 4-step volume adjustment.
HDMI interfaces have dedicated protection chips, withstanding frequent plug/unplug; USB and RS232 ports reserved for integration into automated test equipment; alarm output interfaces for line integration.

Front and Rear Interface Layout at a Glance


The front OLED shows the current channel (CH), video format (VDO), HDCP mode and test pattern number in real time; three LED groups — HDCP1/2, EDID1/2, HTPD1/2 — indicate connection, EDID and HDCP verification status of the two HDMI channels; lit means OK, so line operators can judge results without entering menus.

Built-in red, green, blue, black and white solids, grayscale, color bars, gradients, grids, checkerboard and more — 24+ common test patterns, all computed in real time by built-in algorithms; custom 24-bit BMP images placed in the SD card root "ExterImg" folder are auto-copied to the 2GB internal memory at power-on and selectable in the "IMG" parameter right after the built-in patterns — meeting whole-set image inspection, defect-pixel detection, color and white-balance adjustment needs on the line.
