16-Lane V-by-One · 4K@120Hz | 4-Channel LVDS · 1080P@120Hz | Flicker Adjustment
An upgrade of the 169-VL, developed for TV LCM and T-CON board production testing. Newly added Flicker (VCOM) adjustment; standard split-type RMT-20 control box; output interfaces feature quadruple protection (over-voltage / over-current / under-voltage / no-load); the whole test requires only 3 buttons — simple, easy, stable and reliable.
An upgraded professional LCM pattern test instrument based on the 169-VL — with new flicker adjustment and smoother operation
Up to 16-lane V-by-One (3840×2160/120Hz) or 4-channel LVDS (1920×1080/120Hz) — one instrument covers both mainstream interfaces.
I2C-based VCOM voltage adjustment; the control box offers +5 / -5 / +1 / -1 four-key fine-tuning, and the OK key writes the value to the panel T-CON board memory in one step.
All output signals have protection circuits; panel power and backlight power feature configurable over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current and no-load protection, preventing damage to the instrument and the panel under test.
The standard RMT-20 external control box sits separately from the main unit for flexible line placement; frequently used keys are mechanical keys rated for millions of presses.
54+ built-in common test patterns, unlimited external images via SD card; up to 32 patterns per module parameter set, with auto-play and per-image duration settings.
Ready instantly at power-on — no boot wait. 99 preset module parameter sets; switching lines or panels means just switching a parameter number. The RS-232 port supports fixture travel switches — press down to turn on the signal, lift to turn it off.

| Standard Accessories | RMT-20 control box, 16GB SD card, national-standard power cord, DB15 cable, universal LVDS adapter board (8762-V1), 50-wire LVDS ribbon cable, 51PIN / 41PIN V-by-One adapter boards and short cables (more adapter boards and cables available on request) |
Main unit front panel, rear panel and RMT-20 control box layout at a glance
Connects to the main unit via DB15 cable, with its own display and parameter menu. The "⏻" key controls the signal, "◀" "▶" keys switch test patterns, with an additional auto-play toggle; VCOM +5 / -5 / +1 / -1 keys fine-tune flicker, and the OK key saves. Frequently used keys are mechanical keys rated for millions of presses — built to last.
