The SVG-2201 uses a card-based design holding up to 6 signal cards simultaneously. HDMI 2.1, DP 1.4, HDMI 2.0, DP 1.2, TYPE-C, USB 3.0, electronic load, CVBS, YPbPr, VGA, ETH (LAN) and other cards can be flexibly combined as needed. It supports Timing editing, four types of test patterns and four audio outputs. With a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen, full touch operation and bilingual Chinese/English interface, it is a universal signal source platform for TV, monitor, docking station and commercial all-in-one production lines and labs.

Innovative Testing

Test Results Overlays onto the Output Screen in Real Time: USB enumeration, network interface, HDCP / EDID verification and PD load test results are visible right on the screen — operators just plug in the cable and testing runs automatically, greatly saving test time.

TYPE-C + Constant-Current Electronic Load

The TYPE-C card supports PD 3.0 protocol, DP-Alt Source, USB 3.0 HOST and VBUS Sink; paired with the 100W constant-current electronic load card, the PDO list is load-tested automatically and results overlay directly onto the output screen.

Freely Editable Patterns and Audio

Output Timing is user-editable (up to 4096×2160P60 / 1080P240 / 1440P144); four pattern types (solid color, built-in, BMP, combined) can overlay dynamic scrolling bars and status info; four audio outputs: mute, sine wave, sweep tone and WAV.

7-Inch Full Touch Operation

The RMT-221 control box features a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen with full-touch UI in Chinese and English; the status screen monitors each card’s signal status in real time, and serial commands can be customized to customer requirements.

TOUCH UI

7-Inch Capacitive Touchscreen
Full-Touch UI

The RMT-221 control box is separate from the main unit, with a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen and full touch operation in Chinese and English; each card’s video, audio, pattern and verification items are set independently, with centralized monitoring on the status screen.

Real-Time Status Monitoring: The status screen shows each card’s signal type, serial number, firmware version and core temperature in real time — recognized as soon as it is inserted.

Independent Card Settings: Video format, audio, pattern, EDID / HDCP / CEC / ARC verification, OSD overlay and scrolling bar are all set on one screen; parameters can be saved as power-on defaults.

Visualized Test Items: TYPE-C PDO load results per voltage, USB throughput and ETH test results are displayed directly and can overlay onto the output screen for verification at the device under test.

PC Software · Scripted Automated Testing

Serial Connection to PC | Fully Replaces the Control Box | Programmable Test Steps

The SVG-2201 connects to a PC via RS-232 serial port; running the PC software lets it fully replace the RMT-221 control box for device operation: card switching, video / audio / pattern settings, PD negotiation and constant-current load settings are all done in software; it also supports writing test-step scripts — steps such as cable-insertion wait, PD testing, parameter setting, A/B side switching, USB testing and result reading are arranged as needed, and once saved execute automatically in the written order, with real-time statistics of successes / failures / pass rate. Combined with on-screen result overlay, production-line test efficiency multiplies.

Just Plug In, No Reading Required — Tests Run Automatically with Results Overlaid on the Screen

The SVG-2201 overlays test results from every function card onto the output screen in real time. With HDMI 2.1 output, for example, the screen can simultaneously display USB 3.0 card enumeration results and network test info from the CVBS & ETH card — DP 1.4, DP 1.2 and HDMI 2.0 cards are also supported. During testing, operators simply plug in the cable and testing runs automatically; results appear right on the screen, with no need for item-by-item manual checks, saving significant test time. The TYPE-C card goes one step further, overlaying the monitor’s PD test results directly onto its screen.
