The AR-316 T-CON board functional test system provides automated testing for T-CON boards, supporting one-to-two mode — testing two boards automatically at once: an ordinary monitor (1920×1080) replaces fixture displays, showing the mini-LVDS image of the T-CON board under test in real time; linked with the fixture controller, testing starts automatically once loading completes, and all test data is saved afterwards.

The signal generator provides the T-CON board’s input signals.
The image capture module acquires the mini-LVDS output image signals of the T-CON board under test.
The T-CON test module measures the analog output signals, digital output signals and EEPROM of the T-CON board under test.
The system obtains fixture status and T-CON board numbers from the fixture controller; once loading completes, testing starts and results are reported back to the fixture controller.
The system tests the T-CON board automatically following the steps of user-written test procedures.
All test data is saved after testing for traceability and analysis.
